What if we can possibly camouflage the protons and electrons of an atom of the two objects or I mean if we change the proton and electrons into neutron for a while by some sort of force allowing two objects pass each other without colliding because you know neutrons are found in the center of atom unaffected by attraction and repulsion. So basically what if we turned all atoms of the two objects into a neutron like qualities. Can they pass through each other like a ghost?

i dont think people will be able to steal anything within a building because only the person can pass through objects. the item that they are stilling cant pass through objects so its impossible unless u have the thing you are trying to steal outside or within an open area

The benefit of walking through walls isn't that, that a search party would be able to easily rescue the caught individual but that, there would be no requirement for search squads as the person caught could escape the rubble himself! Duh!
