I don-t think this video is as well researched as it could be. Would you be able to fly/levitate if you swallowed a magnet? No. Such a thing would require your surroundings to be made of superconducting material. In that case, it would be best to put on a magnetized suit. I have some serious doubts about a magnet-s ability to accelerate DNA repair too. Also, a magnetic pole is not charged. It is actually an indication of how a charge is moving relative to the magnetic pole. A permanent magnet works because its atoms- orbitals are aligned, kind of like an ice skating rink full of ice skaters all right side up and spinning in the same direction.
