I've always felt that our brains were already big enough for our bodies. We wouldn't get smarter, if our brains were bigger.
What REALLY matters, I think, is how much we USE our brains. I've heard that we only use about 25% of our brains; but if we could use 100% of our brains, we could be able to communicate with each other telepathically, sense each other's thoughts and emotions, and move things about through telekinesis. Stuff like that has been depicted in numerous sci fi shows and movies, but imagine if all this were possible in real life!

I have a question about a statement Dr. Kaku made. He said that we can -actually see thoughts- with fMRIs. That's not true. Is it?
We can see where the heat/blood flow is. We might be able to see the pathway that nerve impulses travel. But actual thoughts? And, from what I understand, different brains use different strategies to achieve similar results for their host. (I make the brain sound like it is separate from its -host. -)

Profesor Kaku was wrong, in the future will not get to the library to talk with different people from the past, will connecting from home and would become that person from the past and live part of their lives and feel sensation that they experience and understand that they was in their minds in a moment, will no matter if was Albert Einstein when created theory of relativity or another great personality.

so is it like. increasing brain volume is just like increasing the cache of the cpu or ram, once its enough, you wont get more advantage out of it by making it larger.
but increasing the blood flow is like increasing the clock speed of the cpu, it does help you to calculate stuffs faster.
