I know this is silly idea but what if all the gods we have today wasn’t actually gods but future humans who went to the past and became they didn’t look or act like humans humans in the past though of them as gods and goodness and give knowledge to humans in the past and some had left went back to they future some actually had stay and watch over humans and humans in the past thought of them as some sort of gods and religions because a things and future humans was not planned on coming back and save us but once we get to they lvl we would also do the same thing

You're joking. No scientist would ever say that we develop claws just because we hold a phone. There is no such trade, we choose our partners and I don't think anyone is going for a partner with claws. We look for beauty and I think that we just develop into more beautiful people. The worst what can happen is that if bright people don't get kids, but only the dumb ones, our descendants might be less smart.
