I think that worrying is the biggest factor in aging. I have an uncle who never married, never had kids, always buys a new Corvette every four years, dates when he wants to, travels often, and just lives his life as he wishes. He-s around 70 but looks like he-s in his 50s. I had a cousin that was a worry wart always uptight about how people thought about him and watched TV news with a tendency to go apoplectic over every story. He always thought he had whatever sickness was currently in the news and was always very nervous about everything. He had a stroke and died before he was 50.
I took a very demanding and ambitious curriculum in college and worried myself so much that I developed an ulcer. My dad told me to let up, calm down, and -don-t crowd the batters- box-. I made an effort to stop stressing so much and, to my surprise, I actually improved my grades, decreased the pressure, and became healthier. I-m now 54, most people say I look like I-m 40 and I have no significant health issues. If I had continued on my former path, I doubt I would be here.

Aging is currently thought to be epigenic. This means that DNA (genes) are unaffected in aging. However, even the most perfect RNA (an epigenetic factor) cannot produce or build protein, peptides and hormones without all having all needed amino acids. Only one missing needed amino acid can prevent production of a protein and inhibit its function.
What happens to the missing amino acids? Experimental evidence suggests exponential growth of gut bacteria, over-time, ultimately leads to excessive trillions and trillions of gut bacteria. Primarily, these are shown to be of only one or two bacterial species. The explosive growth of -rogue bacteria- is accomplished by their consumption of specific amino acids that ordinarily would go to meet human needs. Because most of the increased bacteria produced eventually leave the body, they are never accounted for -unlike other parasitic infections.

It's simple. Nutrition, Genetics, lifestyle, and a strong will to live is what it's all about.
Most of the oldest people always have vices we can all agree are unhealthy so what gives? you can't be depresso espresso, stressed, or scared throughout life else why would your mind want to continue? And if your body isn't moving and mind isn't doing a lot of thinking, what's the point?
Unfortunately these luxuries that could help us achieve this zen state of anti-aging are reserved for the rich or those fortunate enough to not be affected or bothered by the rich & wealthy or greater populations

There is nothing wrong about aging naturally. But c'mon, we only live once! Sure no one's gonna make it out alive, but we can live a bit longer. I am grateful to hear about podcasts of Dr. SInlcair and everyone that does support longevity. It's thru him and his book that I knew about NMN supplement which reverses aging. My aunt then introduced me Vitruvin brand of NMN, she's been taking it for quite a while and all her experiences of taking this supplement align with mine. I'm no longer worried of aging anymore.

So funny people keep saying like -my granny is 120 she says the most important things are. -
that-s BS. Genetics is 80% of what matters. If you-re not exposed to particularly bad ecology, you simply can-t hack your genes are live much longer. And no, eating disorders, meditations, yoga and other crap won-t make you love much longer, maybe just a few years. Ofc if you-re particularly stressed then meditations may help but most of the people aren-t that stressed

Everything appears to speed up in our perceptions as we get older. Aging is biological decline. Your body needs all the help it can get. I take Vitruvin's NMN supplement every morning with a protein drink and some Greek yogurt. It has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have mostly disappeared. I have lots of energy. My vision is better, aches and pain are almost gone, and my mental clarity is like pretty well. At 52, that-s not shabby.

I bought Dr. Sinclair's book -Why We Age and Why We Don't Have To. - It's so educative and phenomenal. Through him, I learned about NMN supplement particularly by Vitruvin Health 500mg, it's been a couple of months now as also recommended by a close friend. All I can say is that it-s cost-effective, overwhelming energy is felt, and promotes your overall health. I am looking forward to feel and see the same result in the following years-

In Ecuador, there are a lot of people who live passed 100. But even so, quality of life while you're older is important too. Like she said, what's the point of living longer if it's going to be in an unhealthy state? You're going to be struggling everyday in old age if you're a heavy smoker/drinker when you were younger, or obese.

Honestly i just don't want to be an wrinkly grey haired useless man who cant remember stuff. If I can get older and be able to maintence my body slowing down aging or even biologically reverse aging to my prime that is ideal. Obviously nobody can live forever but I feel like we can live alot longer, if aging didnt slow us down.

I'd be curious what my biological age is. People tell me all the time I look like I'm around 20. I just turned 34 though. I don't have a good diet or anything, if anything I'm underweight which contributes to not looking my age probably. I try to get around 10 hours of sleep, so maybe that helps a bit.
