Great explanation, thanks. Do you think we can find a way to replace plastic cases for these auto-test with some more nature-friendly material? We are talking billions of tests here. huge waste, a lot of petrol.

The nose swab shown is at the nose picking level. To get deep in the nose, one should hold the swab almost horizontal, and get at least 2 inches in. It's also better to swab the throat first and then the nose.

Omg. Her swab technique are not correct. More over you can swab your throat and than your nose. It is kinda normal way to do it. That is perfect sign she doesn-t know anything about she is doing.

She's a doctor? You're supposed to swab the back of your mouth FIRST then nose. I don't know the standards of health care/knowledge in the US, but it must be higher over here in the UK.

Is there a way the tests can be constructed so as not to be so wasteful of single use plastic? I can only imagine the tonnage of plastic we have been going through for these tests.

its an effective saliava test. they wont report because these people think they are going to get 5 min of fam while people go untreated and die. YOU CAN HANDEL THE TRUTH.
