I love the idea of the books but the facts these kids are taking out train soldiers and what is clearly a special operations guy turned homeland is way too unreal and kind of annoying. Like the plot armor on these kids is unreal lol. Like rag can take out 3 guys built and trained for hand to hand combat to kill people but not one kid that took some karate classes. Rag is clearly a highly trained killer even if you dont say he is. The immediate stop of all activities when told shows. I am a 5th degree blackbelt in ketsu ka karate. 5 years minimum to get to blackbelt it takes in this art. Full contact. Still couldnt pay me to fight a warrant officer specializing in combat in the marines again. Whole nother level of combat experience. Like i said. Love the story but the plot armor is unsane. I am deff enjoying the series so far.

3: 45: 00 I think if I was Isaac I probably just would have had Luke and Ben kill the professor in the rest of his henchmen in the dorm room and then silently for the rest of that night. Go take care of the rest of the Homeland security guys. It's already been made clear that all the army guys don't care for them too much. And I'm sure if when morning came Isaac explained Isaac explained to the colonel what all had happened to sunny the girls etc. The colonel probably would have just let them leave.

THEN the scenario could play out as written.
That dude is the greatest known threat, & him being gone would tremendously weaken the Prof, & help give Meeks a better chance as well as the military & the females.

The second book had a kind or filler but the this one is phenomenal and one thing I was doing was screaming at Isaac to just kill rag right there when rag was killing Toby why didn’t no one help Isaac like you kind just watched and looked on and this is probably my favorite book and the series so far moving in to the fourth book I’m excited

Rag, even with both arms and both legs cut off, was quicker than ever! He avoided my kick, rolled behind me, thrust his body upward and hit me with a head butt. Somehow he managed to grab a gun with his mouth and we were all forced to lay down our weapons; as he propped himself up without any emotion in his eyes.

My goodness, Isaac had me screaming at the phone. Knowing how dangerous Rag was, Isaac was too willing to play nice. A pillow with the barrel of the gun pressed to Rags forehead in the dormatory room would have ended the threat a lot sooner. This series is phenomenal.

I listen to your fabulous books while cleaning the house, taking my morning walks, driving the car, and relaxing at night. These are absolutely great, intense books. The characters and story line draws a person in and keeps us involved. Well written. Well read.

I know it’s for plot but they didn’t kill tag when they had him at gun point 3 separate times, and knocked him out. I grrr in frustration, other than that the book is amazingly addicting to listen to. And I’m really enjoying the series

This series is so far are the absolute best group of books I've ever I think I've ever listened to or read. I haven't been so captivated by a book since I read the hunger games trilogy in middle school. Absolutely amazing job!

I mean if he was gonna kill Raggs anyway why the hell didn’t he do it before Luke lost his hand. Damn Isaac, I would not vote you leaderfirst Sonny, now Luke. Poor Sonny should have stayed behind with the rest of his crew

My only gripe so far is that Rag seems to be too OP. Ever incident with him just became more and more unrealistic. Going from strong antagonist to termination style supervillain. It's too much IMO

Really glad i found this series. I don't think the cliffhangers are even necessary. It's so good you have to know what happens next. Halfway done with this book, anticipating what's to come.

Up until book 3 lsaac appeared to be a cool calm clear thinking hero. Book3 he was nothing more than a weak self doubting cowardly idiot.
