Blue Rose is a horrible story, I had to stop. It makes you wonder about the state of mind of the author. Throws in a few holocaust tropes to make the sadism have a deeper meaning. I bet Peter Straub is/was a real bastard.

I can appreciate the effort it must take to upload all these books but I couldn't make it through this one. I consider myself fairly open minded but this was a bit too much like torture porn.
