Is it just me but when I eat soup dumplings, I poke a hole, let the soup leak out onto my spoon completely. Then I eat the dumpling THEN I drink the soup.

I have eaten the best rice & dumpling dishes in China and never has any Chinese dish in my country been close. Chinese food can be other worldly.
