It would be kinda cool if they did mushroom dishes. Cause there are so many types of mushrooms. Like shiitakes are really good crunchy, you can cook lions mane like steak, and chanterelles have a really complex flavor. Also, mushrooms are a really good base ingredient because you can do so much with them.
