According to their website (accessed 25th July 2020) they come into cross-contact with cows milk and are therefore not vegan!
The only reason I double checked is because I went vegan due to lactose intolerance and it didn't sound right that I could still eat Oreos. Vegans and those with lactose intolerance/allergy beware, Oreos might have been in contact with cows milk so shouldn't be assumed or labeled as vegan
