As a Disney ride operator, this is infuriating. I don't speak for the company itself, this is just some advice and an explanation from my own experiences. You literally said that you have been on Pirates 20 times. Why not just cross over, explain to some Cast Member that you got split up from your family, and ride when they get back? It's a courtesy for Cast to allow families who got split up to ride again, so they can experience the attraction together. These rides are machines and will not hesitate in hurting or even killing you if you do something wrong. There are reasons why the yellow lines and gates are there. Disney's priority is safety and by you putting yourself in harm's way, you've shown clear disrespect for the effort Disney puts into keeping guests safe.
Side note: BuzzFeed, your offices are in Los Angeles and I'm sure much of your staff goes to Disneyland often. How did no one on your editing team notice that you have footage from 3 separate Disney parks, one of which isn't even in the US? And, by the same logic, how did no one notice that you had the wrong Pirate's queue footage?

I seriously don't get why buzzfeed is churning out this kinda videos. Like are they promoting these kind of behavior in theme parks? Like cutting in line? Jepardising her kids and other people that are in that same boat? Really? Buzzfeed? I'm disappointed.

She should've gotten her food before getting in line. I've never seen a family hold a spot for someone in line, no matter how long or short it was. She just sounds inconsiderate.
