We Built A 34 Tiny House In 3. 5 Days smileyhappyradio: Always enjoyed buzzfeed, challenge type videos, etc. This is full on click bait with a bogus title that does not live up to the hype. I really don't believe anything this guy says, since I first found his foraging food video, then I saw his minimalist video where he forgot to mention all his film equipment in stuff he owned. Somehow I clicked because I wanted to see if this looks even possible. I would say its a 34 tiny shelter, tiny hiker hut, not a house. A house has a way to use a restroom, a place to cook/wash stuff usually. How did you dig that deep hole (should be 6 ft) for the outhouse (literally? That did not just happen. A teepee is not a house, its a teepee. Also how much does that big truck, the power tools, and hand tools cost? Obviously you need over 34, unless you borrow from someone else, at which point you benefit at their expense, unless your some kind of socialist, where everything is shared. I think the roof element sticking out kinda throws me off, and it looks like spiders will have fun in there for sure. Its a step up from a tent, maybe. Oh mullein. ha! Not soft at all, in terms of most of the plant, talk about a way to get stuck all over. I hope people don't follow your suggestion, and rub it on their faces. How much does it cost to build a well? What tools did you use for that? You don't just dig a well for this price. I imagine after dinner washing plates into some muddy hole, where it just gets gross after no time. Where to dry the dishes, and put them. Its a hiker hut. Calling it How to build a hiker hut in the woods, for guests to camp in, near a water source, would be a more honest title. If you just want to imagine its so easy to homestead, you will quickly realize its not easy at all. A sawmill is great, but not everyone can afford to rent one. The dump/craigslist free section is the most likley place a person, who really has 34 would go (cost of used hand tools, saw, nails, screws, etc. Why not do a video where they really actually spend 34, including the tools? Not possible!

If he did that here in Connecticut he would have to pay a gazillion dollars for land, building permits, thousands in annual taxes, a fence around his land so neighbors don't report the bathroom use as indecent exposure (they can charge you with pedophilia for indecent exposure in this state, and it's illegal to make use of natural water in that way because it takes away from coprate water conglomerate industry of forcing everyone into paying for resources, he would still need to pay for health care or be fined/jailed, and if he had kids the government would remove them for neglect due to his living conditions and sell them into adoption services so that the child welfare organization can thrive and profit from alocated federal grants and incentives that they receive for removing children, social services might even remove this guy from his own land and have him instituionalized solely because he has defeated the governments grand financial scheme forced upon us.

Actually alot of you say alot of money for the machines it really isn't you can't buy attachments for a chain saw to do the same thing. super cheap. True the land woul cost you unless you was home steading which is steal a thing. so really for a full functional place with modern thing it would cost no more than 700-800

If everyone lived like this we wouldn't need to rely on corporations
how do you think the specialization and innovation that lead to that saws invention occurred? The saw that you need to buy from the large corporations to begin with in order to be self-sustained.

You could treat the rest of the wood with the cheapest cooking oil you can find. Usually, that is also the cheapest oil in general, new or used, and available (almost) everywhere.

Lol dont talk so much about sustainability when youre using PVC for pipes. Very contradictory given how much emphasis this project is about sustainability and preserving wildlife.

Hey rob you now what you can do you should put a water tank next to the house for your water since the side is at an incline it falls into the tank for water

He had me until he started talking about using his poo to grow his fruits never ever eat any of this crazy mans fruit or vegetables

In like 7 days, with a little bit more planning and wood you could have made a building that can actually be called a house.
