No offense, but tbh all these grilled cheese recipes look like straight up trash to me. I'll give you my personal recipe for a great grilled cheese sandwich.
Using a generous amount of room temperature butter, apply butter to 2 slices of white Italian bread. Then get 1 slice of havarti cheese, 1 slice of munster, and 1 slice of provolone, place all 3 on the non buttered side of the bread. Make sure to cook both sides of the sandwich on stove top at medium heat until golden brown.
I found that this blend of cheeses gives a nice flavor and still allows for the stringiness of American cheese.

When I make a grilled cheese I heat up but sides of the bread in the pan so if the first side is like warm or crunchy you put cheese on that side so it can melt better and then you have time for it to melt while the other side is waiting to get crunchy

I think she might not know how to properly cook a grilled cheese they need to be cooked longer at a lower heat and need more cheese or else it turns into a bread sandwich

Negative aside, I would make Chrissy T sandwich. That looked the most pleasing and I would make sure the inside cheese is melty
