Men Try To Master The Splits In A Week fanjoy: It took me MONTHS to achieve the splits.
But here are some good exercises and tips: )
-Start with laying down and putting your legs on a wall, then spread them and bring them as close to the ground as possible, this will help you stretch and get ready for the splits;
-Butterfly exercise, set a timer of 4 minutes (seems a lot, I know, keep your legs in a butterfly position for a minute and then bring your body forward and hold it for the next 3 minutes;
-This one is the hardest for me, but it really helps: sit on the floor with your legs straight forward, then touch your toes with your hands, and as you become more flexible, touch your heels.
If you can't absolutely reach your toes then start with touching your ankles;
-Last one, this one is also kinda hard but you'll get used to it. Sit again on the floor with your legs apart and bring your body forward, as close to the floor as possible.
Remember that you should feel a strong stretch but not pain, if you feel pain stop immediately and take a break. Push past your limits but not too much please!

The stretches they used werent the best and they shouldve stretched for a long period of time. Also tgey should use yoga blocks to keep their legs straight which wouldve shown their progress better

Whyyyy arent they squaring their hips aaaaahhh theyre gunna injure themselves: and also guys make sure your body is warm before you do stretches, THEN try the splits.

Can we talk about how he definitely didn't eat that chip?
He blatantly leaned forward and out of shot to spit it out and put something else in his mouth to chew.

Me, a dancer, watching a very condensed video- oh dear Lord please tell me they warmed up before doing all this. Please!
