Carm: I love how Inga is not afraid to tackle on new challenges and does them headstrong. She is always so genuine and sincere when she does these recipes and always has this determination to make it the best she can and to replicate it exactly as it is. I love how hard she tries and how much she admires Gordon Ramsay as a chef and compliments his dishes whenever she makes them. She also tries to do the hardest recipes from Gordon Ramsay, which is a difficult feat to do, but she has shown us that hard work and determination truly does help us to achieve anything, no matter the situation.

if i had to guess the duxelle still had a lot of moisture that wasnt drawn out before the wellington went into the oven so when it did go into the oven all that moisture escaped and made the puff pastry soggy and weighed it down and also inhibited the browning from happening.
