lol hell no, as much as i love happy ending, it need to be for a reason, thor is way more interesting without restrain, and jane was one, their relation is ok but a bit classic and doesnt bring much for the story or character.
But i do agree that it would be nice if their story was well treated in thor 4, they dont go back together because its pointless but at least we can have a settle and they come to be in good term.
It wasnt realy love like soulmate or so it was a crush based out or curiosity and intensity, but once this fade, nothing is left

But it makes sense for Thor to have a piece of lokis hair braided into his own due to the fact that when you lose a Shield brother on the battlefield the Norse believed to honor them you would braid a strain of their hair into your own and it was very heavily believed that that would bring you luck in future battles it's also a way that family members would honor deceased family members who died a honorable death

I think its quite striking the massive world building in Thor compared to the other avenger movies. So much history, family dynamics, magic, other realms. It could have had potential if they were weren't solely to set up infinity war and endgame. Side note: always wondered why the hell Idris plays Heimdall who has like no lines and is just a gatekeeper apart from in ragnorak he gets more screentime.

That Eye of Agamotto part was really scraping the bottom of the barrel. They-re only vaguely alike, but not really, seemed just like panning on your part to me lol.
Also I thought the effects Loki goes through we transforming was obvious, he always does that. Visible in the scene where he turns into the soldier as well, it-s kinda the whole point of the scene.

Got to say that the last detail is not the best message. It comes across as if you are saying because Thor lost his mother protecting Jane she now owes him so has to stay with him. Being grateful is absolutely fine but being expected to date someone is never ok.

I do not fully agree on the braid part, honestly! Yes, vikings often wore braided hairstyles no matter the gender but I'm pretty certain I have heard of a tradition where they braided their loved ones hairs into their braids to feel closer to them.

Just rewatched recently and noticed that when Thor goes to ask Loki for help getting Jane off world, Thor briefly glances to where Loki is actually sitting in his cell before telling him to drop the illusion. Or maybe it just looked that way to me.

When Loki disguised himself as Steve, he haqs more magic from practice which lets him imitate that being-s voice (like the soilder-s and Odin-s) and as Thor never tried that, his voice doesn-t chnage when he is turned into Lady Sif
