1. Mojo would be the type to make a TV show out of this situation because Mojoworld is a entertainment world. Plus he has mind control powers. Also he has anti-life field powers to accelerate aging which is what is happening with Wanda's pregnancy.
2. The Hex shape is the same as the jump gates from Guardians of the Galaxy, which maybe means a low powered one could allow the TV transmissions to be broadcast out beyond Earth to Mojoworld.
The CMBR they are detecting from the town could be leaking through the gate from space that's transmitting the signal to Mojoworld.
3. Mojo could have convinced Wanda through his associate Agnes/Agatha to create the reality to bring Vision back.
The town is not trapped by Wanda mainly. They are trapped by Mojo because he has the town's children. maybe. For sure the town has been enslaved by Mojo.
4. The Vision might only be the memory of Vision in Wonderman's body because Vision doesn't have super speed. If the Acting Director of SWORD goes back to confirm Vision's body is still there in HQ then the Vision in Westview is someone else. Wonderman.
The Grim Reaper and Agatha could be working to get Wanda to have kids to trade them to Mojo so he could have mutant powered beings to exploit in exchange for their freedom from Mojo.
Mojo is primarily a X-Men villain. Wonderman is the brother of the Grim Reaper. Agatha, Grim Reaper, and Wonderman are the people on the broach which may be a control/restraint device for Agatha.
Maybe Mojo been visiting Earth regularly for a long time making entertainment secretly for Mojoworld and was trapped on Earth during the snap. He can fake a human look and Agent Woo or anybody else doesn't know he is an interdimensional alien. Agatha, Grim Reaper, Wonderman are the stars he previously used and he won't let them go till they provide him with replacement stars. Also i think MOJO will turn Dottie into Spiral.
I don't think they will reveal Mephisto as the saga villain till Doctor Strange 2: Multiverse of Madness where he will be teased like Thanos in the first Avengers movie.

Oh no. I hope the MCU isn-t taking the -KR route- >-<
If you don-t know what I mean, KR is Kamen Rider, and in Kamen, at least after Decade, KR took a special rule of -everything it canon- meaning all specials, crossovers, episodes, movies etc. This basically means if you didn-t watch a movie in between the episodes it happened, you-re gonna miss out on information.
