2 he still remember the event form SM 2 and try to find out what is going on
now to electro, when he was overcharge and exploded few of his atom transfer to Tom Holland universe and he recharge himself back to electro and thus still try to find spider man and kill him. those are my best guess about spider man 3 plot.

Maybe its all gonna be related to the villians of every second spiderman movie, as andrew didnt have a third one so maybe they decided to go the second villian. They may show that all the Peter Parkers (in the multiverse) are fighting their second villian and are in the second year of being spiderman. Perhaps tom's movie can continue right after the events of the post credit scene, which means he may indirectly be in trouble because of mysterio(his second villian)

They will appear in cameos at most. Its still a Tom Holland movie. Or I think that there is gonna be a scene where Doctor Strange shows Peter what a Multiverse is like ancient one. In that scene maybe, tobey, Andrew, doc oc and electro will be seen and that's it.
This theory perfectly fits how marvel is. Mandarin. Mephisto. Power broker. Kang. Taskmaster. Mysterio. Ghost. Etc all marvel villains.
