I think they're doing a publicity stunt for ratings and to keep us coming back. They're covering up Peter getting back with Hannah Brown by throwing us off. Making us think he had relations with the producer and making us think he goes after Madison. When Chris Harrison says we all just found out I think Hannah B. flew in to tell Peter she's giving him another shot and that's when he cancels everything and goes to his parents for advice. Hannah Brown for the win!

It's definitely Madison P. who gets the final rose. It only makes sense. Think about it. Peter's mom already met Madison once before so it makes sense for her to have gotten attached to her out of all the other girls and once she finds out that Madison left the show early, she tells Peter to go after her after he confesses that he loves her but doesn't know what to do. Just my theory.

When Peter walked Victoria F to the car and she thought that was it. [that she wasn't getting the rose], I felt like the producers told Peter to evoke more drama in the scene because the season is dragging!

I would like to see Kelly as a bachelorette, no way Peter could have handled her, he clearly wants immature emotional wrecks who buy boxes of tissue in bulk to wipe their tears away.
