Evolution of King Kong in Movies w/ Facts 1933-2023 The 1933 version is the all time best! One of my favourite movies ever. This Kong seemed more of a -monstrous ape- than a -giant gorilla- that the other movies portray. Plus the clay animation of Willis O'Brian and Ray Harryhausen was the best. Much better than CGI in my opinion. But, I love all the Kong movies. The All-Time best monster!

I'd like to see compilation with all rip-off of Kong (all giant apes in the movies) as -A. P. E. - 1976, -Konga- 1961, -Shikari- (Bolywood Hindi King Kong) and many more rather rare now movies that have a giant ape. Mighty Joe Young also old and modern one. Maybe I not even seen some movies that include giant ape based or impressed by Kong. I know the one movie with giant Sloth also but whole life I thought it was and giant ape)

Being very found of zoology/paleontology my favorite Kong is the 2005 one because it looks like a real gorilla. The last Kong is beautiful but is more similar to an australophitecus on steroids

King Kong in Kong skull island is just absurdly large. It just doesn-t make sense. It works for Godzilla to be the size of a building but not for Kong.

At 2: 57 we can the the full size Kong that Italian special effect artist Carlo Rambaldi designed and built, which was 40 ft tall and weighed 6. 5 tons

The 1933 and 2005 films were the best. Every thing else. Doesn't come close
Unless you want to include the original mighty Joe Young

The Monsterverse Kong is not King Kong. Even though the story's copyright has expired they still cannot legally say King Kong.

Yep. 2005 is absolutely the best Kong! The most realistic. Kong: Skull Island looked more like a human than an ape.

Imo King Kong 1976, Son of Kong 1933, and King Kong Escapes 1967 are my favourites films in Kong series.
