I'm sorry but again I can't sleep with music background. Perhaps you could start the music near the end of the story. Just imagining sounds that you describe like trees, breeze, crackling fire. I can't with the background music. It's unnatural and very distracting. Ah. No worries Hun, you help many people sleep. I may be a little tougher with my active mind. Keep doing what you're doing.

I am on the lookout for anxiety busting techniques, although I do have some already.
I am fond of hearing calming stories and music to get me to sleep or relax.
