I can't wait to listen to this bedtime story tonight Thomas. Robin Hood was my favorite story as a child. My dear old Dad would read it to me time and again and never seemed to tire of doing so even though he probably did. I also loved the old b/w film of Robin Hood starring Eroll Flynn. When living in England I had to visit Robin Hood's Bay just because. Not that I grew up thinking that he was an actual person in history, but then the child in me likes to think he was. Thank you for the story I know that I'm going to enjoy it.

I don't think I can go to sleep without Get Sleepy and usually listen to Thomas. That said, I have noticed that lately the background sounds have gotten louder and I am finding it distracting. Maybe it is just me, maybe others have noticed it too or maybe I am out of my mind. Just thought I would mention it in case it can be toned down a little so the voice is what we hear most and not a tone. Don't get me wrong. I love these stories

Alisha writes beautiful stories, thank you so much
I also listen during the day when I need rest. It distracts me from my headaches and other problems caused by my brain tumour. I usually don't talk about that but I'm telling it here so you know how much of positive impact and relief you give to many people you might not know. I can't express in words how thankful I am

I've been to the real Sherwood Forrest a thousand times, I love close. It's a nice walk and events are always on.
The gift shop has some nice things too.
But for me, I love the nostalgia. My parents would take me there when I was young, mostly because it's something all ages could enjoy.
Not been there for an age now. I Wonder how it's changed.

I cannot imagine being married to Narrator Thomas! Goodness gracious. I'd be sleeping all the dang time, listening to him speak to me!
He'd be trying to tell me about his day at work, and I would be snoozing at the table.
However. when it was bedtime. I would ask for a back rub AND story time! Then I would sleep like a passed out drunk!

Thank you for another wonderful narration Thomas! I really like when the sounds/music stay on long after the story ends. I feel it helps me stay asleep longer. Listeners: check out Beauty and the Beast - it is absolutely wonderful!

These are so wonderful. I wish there was a version without the ending music. I like to make playlists of my favorite talk downs and listen to them on a loop. That way if I wake up I have a voice to talk me back down to sleep.

Here is the saddest truth. the fact that You Tube is pushing this relentlesssly makes my spidey senses go ricktor. and cant listen, w/o fear that my mind is beong bombarded by negative frequencies and archonic inserts.

I've been listening to sleep stories every night since January, they really help with my insomnia. However I have one question. what is the obsession with the word 'meandering' It's in every single story!
reply

Thomas, Mr. Jones, How did you cope with the exhaustion, when your insomnia was at its worst Adam from CT, in the US, a native of MA though. I have been to London. Thanks for all that you do!

Really nice stories. But I was still too awake to not notice that there were no grey squirrels in the UK during the days of Robin Hood.
