I absolutely hate maps in this game. Every time you get to some objective it is blocked by some debris, water, waste, locked door or such so you end up constantly looking for a way to access further and further. The map doesnt helps one bit. This game is wearing thin very very soon on you. It is a shame they ruined such a potential it had with so many sort coming the way they did.

Well, as I can see this is definitely an improvement from the original game, at least, when it comes to the story telling and story line. Having a main character in 2020/21 that finally talks is also nice. But the MISERABLE job they did on lipsync, animations and voiceover makes me cringe sometimes.
Good play through tho.

well your not playing on Hardcore. cause looks easy as shit. im being attacked on all sides the little ones the big ones, i know about the birds. they help a little but the big bats evade and comes from whoever knows. i can give them a few show the big ones then they fly off and god knows what side they are gonne attack

This dlc and the main metro Exodus story on full dive ranger difficulty are perhaps the only games I've ever played to have left my neck and trapezius muscles tense during most of the clutch moments of the playthrough. That's not a good feeling, but when a horror FPS leaves you like that, it's done it's job pretty well.

Is there any information on whether there will be a continuation of Sam's story for those that chose to blow up the sub? It sure seems like they left it open for a sequel.

Thanks friend, had no clue I was forced to go down some side way to fight the bat instead of taking the boat to the direct route. The game sure is linear.

It's a good game all in all I remember playing Metro The Last Light on Xbox 360 and having Metro Exodus Sam's Story on the PS4 and now I have a PS5.
