Doom Hunter: Go for his sled in the first phase and blood punch him if you get a chance. In Phase 2 if your getting a mod for your rocket launcher go for lock on it will be easier to kill him then.
Marauder: When he runs and his eyes turn green you should blast him with your super shotgun and while he is stun for only a short amount of time then switch quickly to the ballista. Do that until you get him into a glory kill state and kill him.
Gladiator: In the first phase he is kinda like a Marauder so when his shield flashes green make surely are up close with the super shotgun and fire. If he is in a glory kill like state then quickly attack him to do significantly more damage. Phase 2 is the same but you broke his shield and his move set is a little different. He will have two maces spinning and same as when his eyes flash green then attack with the super shotgun up close and if he does a little jump rope attack then go for the gaps as you won-t need to do any jumping. Do this until you get him into a glory kill state and kill him.
Khan Maykr: My recommendation is to you the ballista, rocket launcher with lock on, maybe BFG and the Chain-gun. She has 6 phases by the way. When she is in glory kill state use the meat hook of the super shotgun and Blood Punch her. Be cautious about the environment as she will make hazordous things appear in a certain phase. She will also summon a LAZER that will follow you and throw projectiles at you so be sure to dodge those. Do this till she is dead.
Icon of sin: Destroy his 8 armor plates in the first phase by using weapons like the ballista, Chaingun, Rocket launcher, BFG and super shotgun. I would use the Super Shotgun up close. I would use the Bfg to instantly destroy his armour plates. The chaingun should be use most often to break his armour. Use the Rocket Launcher but when you have no ammo for these weapons. Make sure to quick find a weak demon like a zombie, gargoyle or an imp to chainsaw to quickly fuel up ur ammo. Also There will be plenty of Bfg and crucible ammo and a soul-sphere around the map. In second Phase do the same thing also.

12: 23 The Maraduar was the most interesting for me, was just disappointed he didn't have any final words and was one of the first bosses in the game. He looks like he should be the main villain of this game.
