I know Dark Raiden is a popular (and powerful character) but I personally have always HATED when a good guy is made into a villian. It would have been fine by me though if they had written him as being an alternate timeline Raiden and the one we get in MK11 after Kronika's meddling is the original timeline version. OR something along that line.

After MK11 and MK1, I now no longer blame Raiden for his actions since all action that happens in our own very eyes are all the works of Kronika. She creates the destiny of each and every being in the whole universe. Everyone that dies, everyone that turns good or bad, are all the works of Kronika. I used to blame Raiden but not anymore, the more you take time to understand the origins of these consequences, the more you forgive and understand. They can't help it, especially when they were created and destined to be like this.

The way Raiden was holding back to not hurt any of them but yet defend himself. Weakened by his travels too. Netherealm studios always finds an excuse to hold Raiden back. In gameplay and in story! Portray a rightful Thunder God Already you woke bastards! Mk11 Raiden is an absolute joke! Midway games had him Right! Learn from it! Yes I-m yelling because these a holes have ruined my favorite mortal kombat character ever since I was a kid!

I would never understand this. Raiden is supposed to be as fast as lightning. That already makes him op. Not to mentioned the healing factor. Plus the he should be extremely wise. I hate the inconsistencies of MK. Only and elder God should be a worth opponent against him. But noooooooo mortals best him. -

Hope we can see Cetrion fight Shinnock one day, seen her fulfill the role she claim to have. Because i don't see her anywhere despite Shinnock is about to engulf all the realms in darkness and thus, upsetting greatly the balance she claim to protect.

I love the fact that in all 3 last MKs in the final part Raiden is like ENOUGH OF THIS, goes full berserk and kicks everyone asses. Although in this one it is obvious he held back like a father who doesn't want to hurt his 2 sons

To be honest, i take quite a a like at dark raiden. Countless time of defense and yet every time earthrealm always got invaded in future. After become dark, raiden invaded those become a threat to Earthrealm.

Raiden has and will always be weak. If he was strong his allies would not be revenants. He would have ended MK tournament long ago.
