I don't see why the cupheads devs haven't been given the rights to making a Popeye games yet. Definitely seems like it would fit their art style if they based it off the Popeye cartoon for locations and missions

I never thought Saltbaker would be the main antagonist of Delicious Last Course. I mean, I thought he was an ally, and one of those guys, I think Mortimer Freeze, is the main antagonist.
