It took me awhile to get it in my mouth as my gag reflux from the smell alone was so gross. My friend said once you get past that the taste is amazing. He lied it was just as bad. I brushed my teeth and used mouthwash and that smell wouldnt go away all day. Never again!

Yup, for people who are new to durian maybe he said I can't eat this. but over time his mind will change and sometimes the smell can make someone enjoy durian and want to try again.
