Can somebody explain to me how the hell that stuff on top of the platter is chicken? It legit looks like a circular display of the world's largest cockroaches, lovingly roasted and caramelized. It looks like the outside might be roasted chicken skin that was separated and then reattached to the meat somehow, but I can't fathom why Keller would want to present chicken or any dish in a way that so strongly resembles a gigantic household pest.

The devil's in the details, for sure. I've only eaten in a Thomas Keller restaurant once. I had a simple roasted chicken - it was perfect! Sat in the booth in which Anthony Bourdain (Lord have Mercy) interviewed Thomas Keller. All in all, pretty cool experience.

My moms boyfriend used to work at this guys restaurant which was named at the the end of ratatouille and he got to keep some of the dishes from there that famous people used like Brad Pitt and Keanu Reeves for instance, its really cool

You tell the environment that Keller is used to working in by the constant pressure he puts on Kimmel. The kitchen is one of the most time-pressed and stressful places to work at, while Kimmel obviously isn't taking it seriously.

I really dont like Kimmel in this. He's coming off like an idiot. Put the jokes away for 5 minutes and learn. Like I get it hes a show host and he its his job but this is a big deal to have him in his presence.
