I miss Letterman as well. One of my favorite Dave lines: Snoop dog was talking about becomming a Rustofarian. He was being serious and talking about the Rasta leaders etc. Suddenly Dave says to Snoop, Hey have you ever thought about being a lutheran? I still laugh when I remember that. Even Snoop had to crack up at that suggestion. Smoking weed may be a sacrement to Rastas but not to Lutherans.

Oh My God!
So many memories. since he was at NBC. for more than two decades I would come home from work and have dinner in the living room watching Letterman. I never forget his last show at NBC. How he said goodbye with such professionalism and determination to become the undisputed King of late night television. and he accomplished it. In our era. NO ONE HAS DONE IT BETTER!

It makes me SOOOO ANGRY That he would use a living being for a joke, and jerk him around for sales back and forth without a permanent home. This is cruelty to animals- when you blame a horse for your own cruelty
