This is funny and I like her a lot. Seeing comments here from people in other countries with no real majority population wondering about black/white friendships. Or lack of. I just wanted to say as a child of immigrants that blacks represent 14 percent of the US population, so when you subtract for kids and women, black men are way under 10 percent of the population here, so if someone of another race doesnt have a black friend, it doesnt mean anything at all one way or the other. There are twice as many Hispanics but this skit wouldnt work for Hispanics because they dont think about having friends of other races one way or the other lol They couldnt care less lol. And Ill bet black men feel the same. Cute skit but watch out for projecting white guilt for no reason.

I think the game idea was great. A real new friendship game show: a person verbally chosing a person of a different culture after verbally asking appropriate questions chooses a friend to go on a platonic outing and get to know. I think it would be a great show. I think the person should be willing and welcoming to get to learn other cultures Any network takers?

This was funny, but the statistics state 75% white people do not have friends from other races. Thats just sad. Youre missing out by not broadening your friendships. I like to imagine we could cure a lot of racism if people would expand their circles.

All taken in good spirits and very funny. But the core of Who wants to win a black friend is in my opinion racism. Only because it is presented by Wanda Sykes doesn't make it right.

Mesa is where I live and it's a lot of us here. But of course it's Mormon town. Lots of Mormon kids don't have black Friends.
