Lakers/Pistons in NBA finals was like '89 and '90, I believe. Pretty sure it wasn't '86. Celtics won in '86, I think, against like Rockets or someone. You know? Twin Towers. Lakers lose to Rockets in Conference finals on this 'prayer, ' over the shoulder without looking at the basket, by Sampson. Just saying. Lowe was probably not into ANY team, but himself, at that time. So. He WAS obviously a bad influence. Pretty sure Nicholson knew how to watch a game, because he was always courtside during 'Showtime' in the 80's. I liked Lowe's prep school movie characters. He basically showed the world what prep schools were really like, IF there was no homework to do, each night, meaning if you did no homework, it was pretty much the way it was in his movies.

July 21, 1983. That Andy Warhol story, about a table top crayon feline illustration going for that much money, is hilarious! Wow. A nine year old, at the time, could have seen that tabled con.

Ill have to check out the podcast. Rob looks good stillhis prominent chin Id not noticed before. He keeps his hair relevant & looks handsome, doesnt he? If I saw him in person he might look too pretty. Happy hes so successful.

Has anyone seen the TV show vampire diaries? When I first saw the actor Ian Somerhalder who plays Damon, I thought he was related to Rob Lowe. Ian and Rob have a lot of the same facial features.

One of my favorite roles of Rob's is his schmarmy (sp) character in Wayne's World. It was so unlike him that it was so fun to watch!

I feel like, if a movie were ever made about Lakers GM, Rob Pelinka, Lowe is the no-brainer to play him. Very strong resemblance there.
