And speaking about The X-Files. Have you had realized that next year, on september the 10th, 2023, The X-Files will be celebrating 30 years of its first airing? And that on next May the 19th, 2022, the ninth season of the show will be celebrating 20 years of its closure? Wooow! It's amazing how fast time passes, dude! I hope Disney (which now owns the rigths of 20th Century Fox's The X-Files, makes a proper homage to this extrordinary TV show that has trascended generations and is still being watched over and over again, now on Star+ plataform. Say, Disney. Have you anything in mind to positively surprise all the die-hard X-Files fans, at least on Septemeber of the upcoming year? Well, you should.

Gillian embodies conssumate performer with a similar method to me as Toni Collette who are complete chameleons that work I'm sure so tirelessly to create characters that are fully realized and nuanced with ease that seems to capture you such as silk sliding over your skin and hitting all the right places with each performance. She is the standout in First Ladies though I am also giving my dues to Miss Pheiffer as well (no disrespect to Viola as well, she is able to master accents and mannerisms as if it seeps from her soul! I highly recommend checking out her performance as Margo Channing in the stage production of All About Eve as it is simply remarkable and gives such honor to the film in my eyes. anyways she is SUBLIME in her technique!

I love that nowdays she is playing more and more diverse and meaty roles. I remember around 2005 ish she was no where on the screen and I think as someone mentioned here after The Fall that show seemed to restarted her career and she is always everywhere now - not that I'm complaining cause who can get enough of her!

I wish people get to see more of this side of Gillian! She's hilarious af! People perceive her more of a really serious person because of the dramatic roles given to her perhaps. Love her sense of humor tho! She's kinda reserved to people she's not comfortable with but when she already warms up, she's the funniest!

As a 15-year-old boy in 1996 I thought Gillian Anderson was without a doubt the most extraordinarily Beautiful Woman in the entire world until I met my soon to be wife of 18 years in 1997. Which Oddly looked Eerily similar to Gillian Anderson. But never told my wife that.

The only part she played where she did a half-decent job was playing Scully. She's utterly unwatchable in practically everything else. she tries SOOOO hard, it's painful to sit through her acting.
