at 10: 01 jordan is making a point here because what he's saying to magic is right if james worthy and kareem are still on the laker they will still have a chance to dance with Michael and the bulls, but I'm not saying that they going to win all because during that time they're too old and they're career is finish all what im saying is they only have a chance to play with Michael and the bulls but again not winning so that's why Michael convince magic you feel me.

What is sometimes overlooked about Magic Johnson is how well adjusted and purposeful he's become in his post-playing career. Not the usual path for most athletes (especially the true greats) once they retire. He gets it and seems to be thriving as much as he ever did--pretty amazing. Not only was he my favorite player growing up but I respect him tremendously as an adult now.

You know what's crazy. Magic retired officially in 1996. If he played one more season, hypothetically, he could have teamed up with Shaq and Kobe. Shaq and Kobe both came to the Lakers in Summer 1996.

Michael said to Larry and Magic it was his league in 92. The Pistons had dismissed all 3 guys 4 years prior. I love how Magic gloss over that.
