Here in Chicago, it is sacrilegious to put ketchup on a hotdog. I think maybe he is referring to all the other amazing things we put on our dogs: mustard, celery salt, neon green relish, chopped onion, tomato, pickle spear, sport peppers, sometimes even some cucumbers but NEVER ketchup, all on a sesame seed bun.
