I was thinking about this game recently (I don't really know why) but didn't know the name. I just remember the gameplay, and how often I played it as a kid on my Gateway 2000 machine. I never thought I'd be able to find anyone else who knows about this game. This brings back very vague memories, but mainly the memory of me being a kid and playing this on my family's very first computer. Thank you for reviewing this!
I saw a few of your videos prior to watching this, and was seriously debating of leaving a comment on one video asking you if you know this game. All I knew to describe about it was that you were a guy in white overalls with red boots going around town shooting people either because you were the bad or good guy. Body parts of those whom you shot would fly up in the air. This is all I remembered from about it; I don't even recall the beginning scenes or the objective. I'm so glad I looked through your videos. You, sir, earned a sub!

I'm glad you did a review about this game, it's one of my first games I've played with digitized sound out of the pc speaker, which was amazing back then. Then came the Secret of Monkey Island, which was also amazing how the music they made with a simple pc speaker. Then I bought a Thunderboard adlib soundcard and that was my first era of real midi sound! Do you own this card Clint? Just an idea, Can you do a retrospective of soundcards, and maybe the soundblaster era?

Hey people, I'm trying to remember a game, with digitize human characters, similar to this game. Your character, in jail, (I believe framed for some crime) he punches out a guard, gets the keys, then escapes the cell. The you go up and down (by stairs/ladders. looks a bit like Donkey Kong) and the guards chase you! If you punch a guard, you can steal their gun, and shoot back. Does anyone know this game?

I always had a PC that could barely run anything. All I remember is it had the numbers 386 in the specs lol. But it ran this game, and I loved it. Got it on the bargain shelf in the toy store in the outlet mall I used to ride my bike to as a kid in the early 90s. Same place my dad got me a Sega Master System from. Damn I miss my childhood. So much. Thanks for this video enjoyed it alot. Subbed.

This was one of the first games I got to play on my first PC (386 DX 40) and it looked AWESOME back in 1991 - in my memories it played way more fluent than this. and Geez, we all loved the girl, I showed her to my friends like I would have shown my first Playboy Mag, with a soft-spoken voice and a conspirative smile on my face

0: 20 But this DOS version is the one that features the most interesting stuff as far as I'm concerned, with 256-color VGA graphics featuring digitized actors on eight floppy disks. Heh heh. I love that having a hugely inconvenient number of disks is a selling point.

Great review. I got this game with my first computer. Needless to say, it was a weird experience for an 11 year old just getting into computer gaming. Not sure why, but I was totally sold on the real audio and 256 colors. Yeah, it was horrific.

I used to work for one of the guys that played a kidnapper in the cutscenes (I think he was also one of the programmers. he bragged about how the actress gave him permission to -just grab her- for the video. You can imagine how that went.
