I got a bit excited hearing the name of this one, thinking it might be the one stuff pack I would buy. I always love the vintage stuff, I've lived most of my life being nostalgic for a time way before I was born. I thought some really cool new classy looking clothes, and some cool vintage looking furniture would be a nice addition to my Sims game, as I could make characters and houses more in line with my own aesthetic preferences. Then I watched the video. Although the clothes seemed kind of in line of what I expected, there seems to be an incredibly small amount. The hairstyles was especially disappointing like LGR mentioned. Then I saw the furniture and was even more disappointed. Nothing about the new furniture looked 'vintage glamour' to me. It just looked like more simple boring modern design. AND WHY SO MUCH IT BLACK AND/OR WHITE? One of the reasons why I like vintage aesthetics is because it has a lot more colour than modern aesthetics. Instead of the cold minimalist style of the 21st century, there was elaborate designs and warm colours. Literally non of the furniture in this pack had that one thing I really looked forward to and imagined when hearing 'Vintage Glamour'.

I really wish there was more CAS content in this pack! More build/buy items too but especially CAS. I'm all about vintage glamour and I'd -love- to play out the lives of some period Sims, like the 50s/60s or 10s-30s, but the offering here is so paltry. I prefer realistic play too and historical fiction is my jam so this is a huge bummer. Wish it was a game pack instead.

As a lover of all things vintage, I am highly disappointed with this pack and it's a missed opportunity for some cool items and clothes. (When I think vintage, I think 20s-40s. Pretty good range for a variety of different styles) I guess I'll have to keep turning to Custom Content for my vintage needs.

Whoa. I fired my butler 4 times. I just assumed you couldn't get new ones. I had to move to a new neighborhood to get a new one and the old one still showed up at my house from time to time. Just to visit. I think it was cuz I messed with longevity and accidentally wiped out a whole generation of sims.

This is close to how stuff packs should work. There's a new gameplay element, a cool new item that isn't just a redesign of an existing item, and a bunch of cool items that are ultimately not worth paying for because they already exist in the game in some form

I know that Stuff Packs are a matter of personal aesthetics, but 3 years on and this is probably the SP that I use more than any other. And the pack got even better with the release of Get Famous, since the items go really well together.

I saw someone use the put on makeup animation in a video and i got excited cause i wanted something like that. so i went searching, figuring it was a mod, didnt realize it was part of a useless stuff pack ill never get. lol, love the sims

If they had this for the sims three, I'd buy it because it's pretty stuff but at the same time tbh some of the stuff that comes in stuff packs and expansions should already be in the game like seasons and pets for the sims three

With this pack I got my male sim to cheat on his wife with the Butler she got pregnant and when she went into labour she just stayed like that forever till I fired her because she couldn-t have the baby on my lot --

Customization, graphics, loading time, multitasking, (sims 4, better stuff packs, packs in general, cheaper prices, better towns(sims 3) would equal the perfect sim game. Oh wait. Ea is on their asses once agaaiiin.
