But yes, the story feels like it was made for the CW rather than on the big screen and Will Smith is once again playing himself but even that's not really enough to save this movie. Worse yet, while the tech is insanely impressive at times there are also times when both young and old Will go from two actors throwing punches to weightless CGI models with superhuman speed and agility.
The CGI face of young Will looks amazing. and then his mouth starts moving and you're reminded that you're watching a CG face deliver lines. What normally saves it is that most of the scenes take place at night, except for that one time you see young Will in broad daylight and he looks like his face is melting under the sun while his head changes shape based on where the camera is.
Not really a good movie but a fun distraction with some really cool action. That said if you loathed this movie I completely understand.

Rotten tomatoes is trash now but they were right about this. The dialog is cringy at best. One of the lines is I dont wanna shoot you and young will says Cool do you mine if i shoot you i feel like they relied on the Facial recognition stuff too heavily that was cool for like 20 minutes than halfway through the movie he started to look terrible. If your not seeing this in 3D dont wasts yo time

Should have made it a lot better and I don't know but I heard that Will Smith didn't want to do Suicide Squad because of the violence I don't know if it's true if anybody knows let me know because what we need to do this movie Moonachie Suicide Squad so is that rumour true yes or no if anybody knows let me know and if there's any misprints I'm sorry

These are the same critics that like movies like on cecil beach which was SO boring! They always want a deep meaning and cant just enjoy a movie for pure entertainment. Movies arent always meant to be tragic and artsy. It is an escape so most of the audience want something thrilling and exciting. Good job Ang Lee

I love how these media outlets act as if the audience score doesnt exist or is somehow less relevant. The critic score is a 25% but the audience score is 83% that tells you all you need to know about critics. This movie was actually really good.

They gave Dave Chapelle a 0% rating and now Rotten Tomato has a 0% credibility rating so this is probably a great movie and everyone should watch it instead of listening to biased critics.

I thought it sucked the gci was bad in my opinion the characters moves are way too fast it makes it look super fake. Critics are wrong though the story is better than the effects.

I like will smith but I havent seen this movie and really dont intend to. I dont watch movies based on reviews I watch it based on how much the trailer makes me want to see it.

Just saw it today and Gemini Man has some really good action sequences though the premise of the movie is not anything that I haven't seen before. I give it a 7/10.
