Honestly, it is still beyond me how so many so-called hardcore fans have been able to hate so much at Kelly Mary Tran for her character in TLJ (as if she was responsible for writing. especially that she shoed on numerous occasions that she absolutely loves SW - visible also in how she cheers Billie here. :(

So reportedly, George Lucas came in and made The Lucas Cut version of The Rise of Skywalker. In his Cut, there was a new character called The Secret Skywalker who saves Rey and Ben and defeats Palpatine. Apparently Billie Lourd was that Secret Skywalker.

Even though she had a small part. It's great that she is part of this new trilogy. Like Carrie Fisher said it's about family. I think Star Wars and the fans are like a big family. So losing Carrie Fisher was like losing family.

I didnt feel like Carrie Fisher got a proper send off in Rise of Skywalker. I wanted more of a tribute to her but overall I enjoyed the film and good on Billie Lourd for stepping in, that must have been hard for her

When Carrie Fisher passed away, the show runners said they would only use whatever film they already had of her in this movie & would never bring Leia back with a another actor with a CGI face.

I think Billie should have had a bigger role in the new trilogy instead just being a side character, if she had a big part she could have had emotional scenes with her mum before she died.

I had no idea it was Carry Fishers daughter but I thought all during the movie this girl kinda looks like young Princess Leia. I guess her hairstyle should have gave me a hint.
