Ive come to the conclusion.
For characters disguises not making sense: Oliver I think the hood provides the most coverage. Hes well known on news and rich and goes to popular events. He does need a complete face-mask
Black lightning needs full coverage cuz hes well known all over city as helper of community.
For characters which I think are fine. Kara and Barry. Theyre nobodies outside of being a super hero. No one cares enough to really check if its them unless they get close to them.
Glasses are like an optical illusion. In person they do make you look different if you take them off and put them back on. They frame your face. So unless someone gives a shit to see importance in you no one will think you are supergirl. (Its the same for Clark. Hes some nerdy, newspaper guy no one except Lois and Jimmy cares about.

About supernatural: true about Adam, they simply forgot about him. But we should cut the brothers some slack, they have actually known Adam for about a day? When they first met Adam in season 4 he was yet in heaven and the goul imposted for Adam to get revenge. and further after remembering Adam in season 10 (musical episode) they just didnt put any effort to get Adam back, maybe also because they were afraid to unleash the archangel again and start apocalypse all over again. spoiler: Adam comes back in season 15 yay! (Michael too btw) but the one thing that bothers me all the time- how did Nick come back to life in Season 14? This MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL, like seriously? He annoyed the sh! t out of me I was so glad that Jack went full Lucifers son on him. they really should have picked a better and less annoying villain.

I agree with everything except the Supergirl bulletproof stuff.
The TV show neglected to tell us the audience about the Kryptonian aura. A skintight force field that protects anything a solar charged Kryptonian (Superman, Supergirl, Superboy, etc) wears that's very close to their bodies.

This explains why, in the TV show, Kara's cape gets destroyed but not the rest of her costume. Later, Clark sends her a Kryptonian cape that is indestructible to solve this problem.

I'm pretty sure on Supernatural, Michael stated that Adam's soul was sent to Heaven. Also when they let Lucifer out of the cage later on to fight Amara, he stated that Michael was in no state to be saved from the cage due to the torture he (Lucifer) put him through. So, going based off that, it makes sense why they never tried to save him from the cage. Not to mention, it was Crowley who let Sam out of the cage (without his soul btw) and trust me, it was not to benefit to the Winchesters.

I know it is a fantasy but the emotions should be matching the reality. For me no. 1: CW makes love like a switch button each character can turn on/off as he/she want. transferring from two person love each other so deeply then they become friends and continue the show like nothing happened between them, also almost each character sleep with a lot, it is really makes love very cheap emotion, no. 2: the show must include gays, and no. 3: the sows must have a tringle love.

Not to mention nitpicking on Superhero shows. Really? Hayley had a miracle baby. Her babys blood turned a hybrid before she was born. Then when Hayley died she became a hybrid. Though I dont see why she had to drink her blood since when Hope was in Hayley the hybrid Tyler turned didnt drink Hopes blood. I wish Hayley explained that to Elijah and Klaus.

For number 10 it can be explained from Superman's powers, if Supergirl has the same set of powers.
He is creating some sort of field around his body that protects him from harm/damage to some degree, so unless the strikes against him are not strong enough to penetrate this field he won't get harmed or scratched. And the same might apply to Supergirl.

I think the biggest thing that doesn't make sense is their nice guy character in allot of thier shows they'll have a nice guy who will be the punching bag for every body in the show but get vilified anytime he does anything even kind of wrong i. e sam, Elijah, stefan, dan, oliver, Barry, kara, and the white liter from charmed

Actually, about Adam of Supernatural. Some of the fans have a theory: He (the original Adam and vessel) was killed by Cas after he throw the molotov, but the vessel was brought back by Michael (as His last vessel. So I Guess we have to wait to know what Supernatural has to say since Adam is back for the last season.

And Bonnie saving the people just the proof that people would die without her. And she literally died like 2 or 3 times to save her friends. And with the big spells she almost always had help.

The reason hailey could be the hybrid is because klaus blood was cursed so he would need elena blood but hopes blood was never cursed making it possible for her to create hybrids as it states in the show they thought that klaus just wanted the baby to make more hybrids
