Is it bad that I'm shaking my head at most of these in defense of Sam? Like the one with killing his niece. first off, ur gonna mention their protection of family usually extends only to each other so that girl wasn't family. and secondly, i doubt she would've lived had she not killed Dean cause her coven or whatever wouldve made her pay for it. so Sam might have done her a favor? I dunno. just most of these I wouldn't consider to be the worst. and his time soulless amounts to the same behavior as that of a vampire in TVD when they turn it off. when you dont give a shit or see limits because ur morals were taken away, of course ur not gonna hesitate!

Okay, but I feel like most of these were either necessary or completely out of his control. I agree with the Adam thing to some extent as well, but both the brothers are equal parts to blame for that one and it has also lead to some of the best memes this fandom has ever produced so, you win some you lose some I guess haha.

Im half way through season 9 and Ik Dean did a bad thing by having Gadreel posses Sam but he cant live without his brother and he didnt know the angel was evil. Yes I understand why Sam is upset but by saying if the rolls were reversed he wouldnt save Dean and promising ghost Kevin that he would forgive Dean and then lying to his dead friend and still treating Dean like garage is unacceptable. Dean has pretty much always been there for Sam and when Dean makes one mistake Sam says hurtful things

I definitely have to disagree with #1--- Sam did NOT start the first apocalypse, Dean did. When he was in Hell, he broke the first seal by torturing souls. A righteous man and all that. People always forget that. They tried to get John to do it, but he resisted. That was also why the demons wouldn't let Sam take Dean's place when he tried to make a deal. They knew he was more like their dad than Dean was and would resist, too.

While Sam has never been my favorite Winchester, he is not the worst. Quite frankly, this list was written by people who were too lazy to pay attention to what was actually taking place during the course of the series. For instance, he cannot be held accountable for what he did while he was soulless seeing as, well, he was soulless. Soulless = no conscience and no remorse.

3: 50 I've never completely understood why people just automatically hate sam for this, should he have looked for Kevin? Obviously, but Dean? He had no clue where he was and thought he was dead, he should've made an attempt but where was he supposed to even start looking let alone get him back if he did know about Purgatory

The whole thing with Adam, you basically said the brothers. I thought this was about Sam. A lot of your points don't hold up. Some of the things he did, he did for a reason. And the others wasn't his fault. Honestly your going to find that Dean has done a lot more bad things in general and to Sam then Sam has done altogether.

I know it's been like 6 months since it ended but some of these weren't Sam's fault at all. I mean what he did when he didn't have a soul wasn't his fault. Also even though I like both Sam and Dean if we are talking about the worst things ever done am I the only one who thinks Dean has done way worse things than Sam?

I feel Jared is not that good of an actor, his acting of Sam always looked like a struggle. The constant mouth twitching, swallowing and that annoying hyperventilating and deep gasps if he so much as lifted a finger in every fight scene. I found his character was a pussy.

Honestly in my opinion Sam get so much hate for this. Noone acknowledges what Dean does honestly I think thats very unfair, at times Dean has shown very aggressive behaviour towards sam and has put him down multiple times but noone chooses to recognize those

Hey Sam starting the apocalypse wasn't his fault. He was fueled by Ruby by disguising herself as a good demon and making him drink demon blood, and know one really knew that killing Lilith was the final seal, until it was too late.

What's so hard to understand that adam was simply out of reach? Dean asked for both sam and adam to be pulled out of the cage, but Death, the only one able to bring adam back said that he won't bring them both back

Personally, I disagree that Sams relationship with his dad doesnt make him the worst character. Ive met many people with a similar relationship woth their parents and they turn out fine.
