5: When We Were Young - Adele
4: Bleeding Love - Leona Lewis
3: RAIN - Ben Platt
2: Used Be - AJ Mitchell
1: Hold You Til We're Old - Jamie Miller
5: I can actually sing this in its original key and octave. That high note at the end I practiced for months, finally mastering it.
4: Bleeding Love is actually one of the easiest one to sing on this list. It can no problem belting up to a C5, plus the F4-F5 jump in the bridge is very high mixed.
3: This song is actually easy. Just the belty D5's on the chorus are hard to sing nicely. Other than that, it is pretty easy.
2: I have a hard time singing this song, because of AJ Mitchell's, singing style. He phrases high and well. But I like the riff at the end.
1: Hold til your old, is just a song I never sing at karaoke.

This should be titled Hardest pop songs to sing aside from Unchained Melody and Dream on. pretty much all pop. Check out any song by Steelheart, Linkin Park (Given up specifically) Cemetery Gates by Pantera, Love Bites by Halestorm, Ain't goin down till the sun comes up by Garth Brooks (not a ton of high notes, but definitely requires a TON of breath control).
I'm sure there are many more, but I'd put any of those songs up against Rhianna.

Did the narrator just call Mariah. Mimi? Some incredible songs on this list. Mimi definitely set the bar for whistle tones. I feel like Mariah is the only one that can do whistle tones justice after Mimi. Maybe Ariana Grande could take the torch next. It is so sad that Mimi's life was cut short. The amount of music that could have been created is really something to think about.

Good to see Kate Bush at lease got an honorable mention with Wuthering Heights. I think you could do a whole list for Ms Bush of her many hits and songs. Also I remember seeing Kate when it first came out in 1979 and it just blew our minds. Also David Gilmour helped Kate get her first recording contract at 18yrs old to then release Wuthering Heights single and album.

It is no surprise Mariah very seldom performs the song, and when she does it is several keys lower than the original.

Sorry, but I Will Always Love You WILL ALWAYS be a Dolly Parton song. Houston butchered that song, breathing in all the WRONG places. If you don't know HOW and WHEN to breathe, DON'T sing. It insults the classically trained professionals.

I honestly think heart attack by demi lovato should be on here because of the really high notes (including Flamaaaaaaaaaaassss and Heart attaaaaack) But otherwise this list is very arrurate (Btw I am music teacher)

I don't know. I think almost any song can be sung if you sing it in your own voice. Karaoke goes wrong when the singer tries to imitate the star who's song they're attempting to sing.
