While I disagree with much of this list, I completely agree with Cruel Summer being number one as its basically a second chorus. Honestly it should have been the lead single as ME and You Need to Calm Down are absolute crap in comparison. It probably would have been the second single if she wasnt trying to use You Need to Calm Down for political purposes.
