Do a video from supervillains from other movies, and they can be, from superhero movies or from other villains, that all say what we’re all thinking. Like with that scene from Tobey Maguire’s first Spider-Man movie from 2002 with Tobey Maguire and Willem Dafoe, where The Green Goblin is giving Spider-Man a harsh and grim reality check, with him pointing out the obvious about that, while the people of New York appreciate everything Spider-Man has done for them, in spite of all of that, he has a valid point. And that is, that after a while, nobody will care or give a shit about that, because eventually the people of New York will start to hate Spider-Man, in spite of everything he has done for them, even though Spider-Man says that he does it, because it’s right and the right thing to do. And there’s another clip from Star Trek: Into Darkness from 2013, where Khan is asking Kirk a good question, saying this his crew from the starship is his family, and he both says and asks him, My crew, is my family, Kirk. Is there anything you would not do for your family It’s a really good clip, as Khan has a good and valid point with that. So, do a video where villains are being relatable with that.

The one moment where Cruella had a point was when she questioned Anita and Roger being able to afford keeping all 15 puppies, saying You can't possibly afford to keep them, you can scarcely afford to feed yourselves! They manage, of course, but providing for two people (three if you count the maid) and 17 dogs would be pretty demanding, never mind the fact that they end up with 101 by the end.
Also, what he ended up doing was cold-blooded and inexcusable, but, to an extent, Ernesto de la Cruz from Coco did have a point about seizing your moment. You won't get anywhere by doing nothing, at some point, if you want something, you want to get something done, at some point, you're gonna have to go for it.

Regarding mother Gothel, she cared for the flower were it grew for centuries, just singing to it to benefit from it's magic. The palace however destroyed the flower to heal the queen, something was we find out later just wasn't necessary. Gothel would also have been satisfied with just a lock of Repunzel's hair had it kept it's magic properties when cut.

I feel scar’s iconic I feel like I’m surrounded by idiots on a daily basis. My girlfriends wouldn’t stop talking while I was watching the Snow White movie last night, and I don’t like to ruin the experience. Yeah the new live action version that just came out, and I was trying so hard to keep my inner queen of hearts under control.

And then there's Mad Madam Mim, the only Disney character I can think of who truly likes herself. She has a literal entire song about how she is a shapeshifter and can be anyone, and chooses to be herself. She isn't seeking anything in the story; Merlin just annoys her. Mim is relatable, and in some ways kinda goals.

I've met Gary Oldman once, who has played the majority of the villains in his movies, and he said that playing the villain is more fun because they are more relatable than the hero.
Everyone has a villain in them that they can occasionally let out and have some fun.

Re-vamping, as it were, Maleficient for the live-action movies and placing her in the hands of the awesome Angelina is one of the few good decisions Disney made, turning another re-do of Cinderella/SnowWhite/SleepingBeauty into a relatable tale of injustice and redemption.

In the original Briar Rose tale, the actual reason Maleficent, the 13th fairy, wasn't invited was because the royal court ran out of gold plates to serve the fairies. All they had left was silver, which was harmful to fairies. So they chose not to invite her instead.

I went to Disneyland and tried to pick out a gift for my managers back home. I picked a Queen of Hearts desk sign that said Off with their heads, so they could laugh after facing a horrible customer. They appreciated it.

It’s really ironic that Disney is only just now realising that there is literally buckets and buckets of cold hard shareholder value in exploiting their villains literally sitting right under their noses this whole time.

What about Madame Medusa from the Rescuers when she said to Snoops. You forced them like you, idiot! And I'm going to make bygones be bygones. Both are relatable for a reason that I know growing up.

What about when Hopper from A Bug's Life when he said First rule of leadership: Everything is your fault! And it's a bug-eat-bug world out there, princess. One of those circle of life kinda things.
