Just because a franchise is owned by the Henson family or associated with puppets, doesnt mean it is the Muppet Show. (Im talking about Bear in the Big Blue House. The Muppets is its own universe, whereas Fraggle Rock, The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, etc. are different franchises. Kind of like saying best Pixar movies and putting Snow White on it. Both owned by Disney, but are not the same

What's really sad about The Muppets is that half of America refuses to give them a chance and jumps to conclusions thinking that they won't be good shows to watch. No wonder why The Muppets got cancelled after one season. Do I even need to explain what would happen if Mickey Mouse and The Disney Gang got involved with situations like this instead?

I am so glad Fraggle Rock was in here, I was never really a Sesame Street fan, maybe because I'm a Scottish Girl and the very American type street meant I could not really relate; but I absolutely adored Fraggle Rock and of course the original Muppet Show! Happy, happy memories.

I used to watch Muppet Babies back in preschool, but we watched a lot of shows back to back so I had trouble remembering them all. Then one day I found an old video of the same episode I watched and it all came back to me! The Muppets will always be a part of my life!

I was hoping The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, & Fraggle Rock would get the top 3 spots. They even got the ranks I was hoping theyd get. Those 3 are the triad of the Muppet franchise and were what made the 80s their golden age until Jim Henson died after it.

The Storyteller and Dinosaurs were definitely my favorites, but remember the Muppet Shoe from the 70s (yes I am that old.
Kept looking for the Labyrinth mention (or Dark Crystal) when I finally remembered this was TV shows, not Jim Henson top works.

The Muppets 2015 series and Dinosaurs should NOT be on here. The firs one was bad and the second isnt a Muppet show it was a creature one there is a difference. They should be replaced with either Dog City, Big Bag, or The Animal Show.

I remember the episode of Fraggle Rock when the king and queen left junior alone for the night in the castle and he thought that it was haunted cuz the fraggles were tryna get out of his house idk why but this episode stuck with me

On Sam and friends Kermit the frog first debuted on television and the earliest version of Kermit was not yet a frog he didnt have his frog collar and he didnt have his frog flippers either

Didn't watch dinosaurs till my little brother watched it a few years ago. Was quiet shocked by the series finale but it was good. Glad to see a children's show tackle world problems

The Muppets was really bad at first. They pulled it and came back with it retooled where it had more of the feel of the original Muppet Show but by that time everyone had lost interest.

So, you mention the Muppet show was an attempt to prove Muppets weren't just for children, yet a minute later you call Henson work children's entertainment. for the love of pete.

I loved watching all of these shows as a kid. I will still go back and watch them today. Jim Henson made classic shows so we could look back and remember them fondly.

Cool list. Especially since they're talking about the more underrated, lesser known projects. (some of the people watching this may not have even heard of these before)

I miss Sam and Friends I wasnt born when the series came out but I just wish all the episodes came out so I could see the genius Jim Henson got his start

I loved Fraggle Rock! So did my younger siblings! I still know all the words to the theme song! Also loved The Muppet Show, Muppet Babies and Dinosaurs!

Why is this under Ms Mojo? I'm a boy and I love the Muppets. In fact, I think the whole idea of MsMojo is bogus
reply

The only show I thought was missing from the list is Farscape, which was produced by the Jim Henson company.
