What seemed like two seconds later, the two hour surgery was over and they gently woke me up.
Videos like these, as I was learning how to walk again, always cheered me up. When you see someones compassion, like the compassion and the way the doctors and nurses and friends made me laugh while I was recovering, you feel this warmth come over you, like the compassionate are all connected, especially when seeing them care for the smaller critters in our world.
Even Iguanas love being rescued--though their mothers dress them funny, lol. Creatures of our Universe, source of all creation, are excellent at giving us euphoria when we care for them when they are weak and find them forever homes.
Though my daughter (who acted like a creature when she was yiddle, especially thinking she was a cat and pouncing on her Mom and I after seeing the movie catwoman) is 22 yo now, she is still, like her Mom and I, my parents, in laws and her Grandparents in heaven, compassionate around creatures (cats and dogs and llamas and goats in our case, among others, even while getting a masters degree in International Studies which she is working on now.
Ive only had short times in my life without a pet in my life, Id say those were the times I realized that pets are furry Valium and mood elevators all in one.
Your pet in this video is wonderful to watch, as he was growing up from being a yiddle wamb.

You know I'm glad people are taking in animals like this but people have to realize a sick or injured animal is of no use to the farmer you have to remember what the animals are put on this Earth for you cannot save every animal because you don't want to see it eaten even though I do not appreciate it I am not going to eat a dog or a horse but there are culturals that still do it so I'm tired of this crap oh I got to go out and save all the animals from being slaughtered

It's good to see a lamb saved! I saw one who had been hit by a car on the side of the road, clearly crying and injured. The lamb is classed as the farmer's property, so I had to put the lamb in the field, and told someone who could tell the farmer on their return. I'm still angry, these lambs get put in the meat grinder, they have No life. Respect the living, it's a relief to see every animal in a good home with love

He is sooo adorable, I don't eat animals and haven't since I was a kid and see all animals as pet children. I wish I could have cows, pigs, goats and sheep along with my cats, dogs, rabbits and birds

I work with the elderly in a community centre, and most of them live alone. To be able to bring in a baby farm animal would bring them so much joy! Unfortunately, we are in the middle of a massive city.
