The funny thing is the Boomers said the same things about us GenXers. They said we would never know what an Out House is or what a laundry rinser is or Franklin stove is. There was also the telegraph, speakeasy, ice box, coal box, milk man and other things they said we would know what they are. We actually lived in a old house so we had a coal box for our coal furnace so I knew what that one was. While we never used most of these things we new what most of them were. I wonder if this generation has a clue as to what these are at all?

Although I cant think of one this video could've been titled better. I'm a kid and I know what all of these are I've just never had to use them, in fact, I remember watching my favorite Pokemon movie on a VHS.

We still have phone books where I live. I also still have a floppy disk drive on my computer, and many of the old disks. Not all of these things have disappeared.
