Here are 15 Disney movies that almost had much darker endings! Disney never fails to give audiences that happy ending that they so desperately crave. But endings arent always easy to create and thats what happened with these Disney movies. Making a Disney movie is an everchanging process, which means that the films we ended up getting were much different than their original vision. Some of these films had much darker alternate endings than what youd expect from Disney. Did you know Pixars Luca almost featured an ending where Alberto turns into a giant krakenlike monster? Or Tangled could have had an ending where Flynn goes blind? Even Raya The Last Dragon had an ending where Sisu and the rest of the dragons never return! Your favorite Disney Princess almost didnt get that neat and tidy little ending, the animation team at Disney had a few tricks up their sleeves and even got experimental. The beloved character Elsa was almost a villain in Frozen instead of the charismatic snow queen that weve come to know and love. Woody almost didnt part ways with BoPeep at the end of Toy Story 4. Cruz Ramirez came close to never winning the race at the end of Cars 3. Tarzan almost left the jungle and his ape family behind to go back to civilization. Theres been countless Disney movies that have had their endings reworked in order to provide more satisfying conclusions. Regardless, these Disney films likely made the right decision when changing their finales to something less dark

This Disney Pixar Movie Luca has a scene that some people say luca betrayed Alberto. I have a tonne of reasons why it is better not to use the word betray. Firstly, the word betray means also trader In Italy and trader also means trade. None of the character traded anyone. Second the word betray would be used by me if luca had pushed Alberto in the water. Did luca do that? No. Also luca didn't betray Alberto by calling him a sea monster because before this scene Alberto said that luca is a sea monster and sea monsters don't go to school. Lastly luca is a pretty shy boy. Yes he was starting to become less shy and quiet but not fully. Alberto was expecting poor luca to act like Alberto would have done but poor luca isn't Alberto. Be honest with yourself. Don't have to type it down. If a hungry T- Rex saw you and started running up to you would you stay there and say hi or run and hide? Honestly I would run and hide. Thank for reading my thought about I don't think it ok for people calling Luca a betray. Please feel free to say what you think and if u agree thank u. I think the way the movie we got at the end was the best and that Disney made a good call for making it how it is today. P. S I would like to know if any of u had a idea for a Disney movie. Plz write if you agree or not.

Some of us love a grim and grisly ending to take the shine off a seemingly happy ending, but sometimes that ultra-bleak ending just doesnt fit well with audiences, the studio, or even the director.

The Little Mermaid: Ursula trying to drown Eric is too dark and violent.
Also The Little Mermaid: Shows Ursula being brutally impaled with the bow of a ship.

There was going to be a true villain for Onward?
That's cool!
And I REALLY like the original ending for the Jungle Book.
