Er. its intentional.
They intentionally model their voice characters, as a tribute to the voice actor, to look like the actor. There isnt any magic here.
The others are psychos who just happen to look like the cartoons.

1. You pronounced Kida wrong
2. Kida is dark skinned and white haired, and Kesha is white and blonde. So, they dont look like each other. At all.

Elizabeth Lail from ouat looks much more like Princess Anna than that girl. Same with Georgina Haig as Elsa ok ouat. They both look so much like them.
