Dumbledore has never been the DADA teacher, he was teaching Transfiguration. The clothing style is certainly more of an artistic choice, but the amount of decorations Dumbledore recieved afterwards may explain the change lorewise: he became part of the Order of Merlin, wizengamot and recieved the title of Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards. Maybe the all out silk is part of a uniform related to one of these things? As for the fact that you cannot apparate inside Hogwarts, it's due to a spell that can be removed. We see it several times. Since it's the minister coming to the school, it seems normal the headmaster of the school would have removed said spell for the visit.

Remember Half Blood Prince when Harry, Ron & Hermione (+ a lot of students from Hogwarts) were training to take their apparition licenses? The anti-apparition spell was lifted, blocked or suspended for the duration of the training. In the trailer, it looks like some important folks (probably from the ministry) visit Dumbledore. It would make sense that Dumbledore lifts the spell or has it lifted for the duration of the visit to make travelling more convenient, wouldn't it?

Not even dumbledore can apparate into the castle. The only time he managed to disappear from the castle is when he used Fawkes and I still don't even know what was going on there. Def wasn't apparation though xD Also, he wasn't a teacher of defense against the dark arts. he taught transfiguration.

Unless you're Dumbledore? Sorry, but movies got that wrong. and if ministry is visiting at Hogwarts they can make sure that defence charm against the appreating is off, like they did in the sixth book when students practiced appreating in Grat Hall.

Well we obviously knew he didn't die, that was obvious at the end of the first movies. I don't think he got new powers per say, I think he just learns to control it
